North Carolina- Czech Pilsner- 5.5% ABV. Brewed with Pilsen, Ruby, & Bruehmalt from Epiphany Craft Malt, our Red Lager is brewed to be robust enough for winter yet drinkable enough to keep you coming back for more.

North Carolina- Munich Helles Lager- 5.2% ABV. Brewed with an array of malts from local Riverbend Malt House, including Munich Rye, Dark Munich, and Southern Select, our Munich Rye Lager is a crisp amber beer with a sweet crusty bread character and a lively rye spice finish.

United States - North Carolina - This classic black lager brewed with exceptional Epiphany Craft Malt drinks velvety smooth yet finishes crisp and dry with subtle notes of mellow coffee and a touch of chocolate.

North Carolina- Schwarzbier- 4.8% ABV. Our local lager series sheds light on some of of our favourite styles while utilizing local ingredients. Brewed with all Epiphany malt and Carolina Gold Rice, our Black Pils is a dark lager that drinks light and bright.

North Carolina- Munich Dunkel Lager - 5.5% ABV. In this traditionally brewed German style Dunkel lager we used Carolina malted barley to create the chocolate & crusty bread character that makes this style a favourite. Our Dunkel is balanced by flavors of dried dark fruits & caramel.

United States - North Carolina - We brewed our Keller Pils using legendary Weyer=mann malt and hand selected Idaho grown Sazz hops. A 4- week lager fermentation lends crispness and dryness to the full flavored German style beer.

North Carolina - Doppelbock - 8.0% ABV. Brewed with Vienna and Munich malts and oats from Asheville local Riverbend Malt House, our biscuity Blonde Doppelbock is a big lager that's golden straw color and creamy smooth.

North Carolina- Marzen/Oktoberfest- 5.8% ABV. Festbier is a more quaffable version of our Zirkusfest Oktoberfest. Brewed with Ursprung Fest Malt from Epiphany Craft Malt, Festbier is a crisp lager with a balanced malt character with an aroma reminiscent of fresh baked bread
