Hi Wire Sour Ale

United States - North Carolina - Can we be your Valentine? This tart wheat ale brewed with cherries, cayenne, cinnamon, and vanilla is sweet, tart, and hot. Sip it slow or crush it. This fruity and sour ale will leave you smiling wide.

North Carolina- Fruit Beer- 4.2% ABV. Our cocktail inspired sour is made with fresh lemon, ginger, and rosemary. A suitable all season crusher has just enough citrusy lemon, hints of ginger, and just enough rosemary to add a subtle pine kick.

North Carolina- Berliner Weissbier. This style of beer generally offers a refreshingly tart flavor in a low abv beer with a balance between yeast character and lactic acid. These can be brewed with fruit. Please see package for more information.

North Carolina- Cream Ale- 5.5% ABV. The next edition of our Sour Smoothie Series gets heaping portions of brandied cherries and balancing additions of molasses, cardamom, clove, allspice, star anise, cinnamon, vanilla, and lactose in this Manhattan-inspired fruited sour wheat beer

North Carolina- Berliner Weissbier- 5.5% ABV. This Sour Smoothie gets a ridiculous amount of tangerine, peach, passionfruit, and lactose creating an over the top fruited sour wheat beer. Enjoy this citrusy sour sipper for its mega-fruitiness, balanced sourness, and refreshing finish.

North Carolina- Herbed/Spiced Beer- 5.0% ABV. We teamed up with Wickles Pickles to make a sour and refreshing ale. Brewed with cucumbers, dill, Himalayan salt, and peppercorn - this is inspired by Wickles' 90 year old recipe made famous by its balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavours.
