Highland Stout

North Carolina- American Stout- 5.0% ABV. 25 IBUs. This is Highland's most robust beer, having a very malty body with a large, roasted chocolate flavor. It is black in color with a very clean finish and a moderate hop flavor.

North Carolina- American Double/Imperial Stout- 8% ABV. A double chocolate milk stout brewed with five malts, roasted barley, flaked oats and one pound of cocao nibs per barrel. A rich, high-gravity ale reminiscent of brownie batter and marshmallows with a dark chocolate finish.
