Japan/American Strong Ale- 7% ABV. Hitachino Real Ginger Brew is brewed with raw ginger and has complex flavors and aromas of ginger, citrus, and malt, which pair beautifully with spicy foods. Hops are Chinook, Perle, and Styrian Goldings.

Japan - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 4.5% ABV. New from Hitachino: Piri-Ka, a golden ale withYuzu and Sansho pepper, a numbing pepper similar to Szechuan. We hope you enjoy this ale!

Japan- Saison / Farmhouse Ale- 6.5% ABV. Pours a honey-golden color. Brewed using two Japanese original materials; "Kaneko Golden," a Japanese ancient barley, and "Sorachi Ace," the hop which once was bred in Japan. A musty note leads to hints of lemon from the Sorachi. Spicy, herbal.

Japan- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 8% ABV. Pours a copper brown color. Strong Belgian-style Brown Ale matured in distilled Sake barrels. The final maturation takes place in Shochu casks {distilled sake} for 3 months, contributing to notes of sourness and funkiness, but not overpowering.

Japan - Sakura Stout is an imperial stout with a woody, mellow aroma and a light crisp stout like feel. The stout is aged in cherry (sakura) barrels previously used to age Hinomaru Whisky.

Japan- American Double / Imperial Stout- 7.5% ABV. Pours pitch black in color. Caramel, roasted, black and chocolate malts provide an explosion of coffee like flavors. Espresso beans in the boil add strong espresso character. Notes of vanilla, dark fruit, cocao and chocolate.
