United States - Colorado - 45% - High Rye Whiskey has hints of vanilla and honey shine through the dominant rye bread, green tea and floral character. A subtle but long licorice finish rounds off this distinctive whiskey.

Colorado- The Wallace Collection is a series of bottle releases of hogback's finest malt whisky. Every release is individual and unique. Single barrels, bottled at cask strength, non chill-filtered and often finished using wine and unusual wood barrels.

United States - Colorado - 50% - A heavy peat smoked malt whisky made from 100% Scottish malted barley, matured in virgin American oak barrels. Single cask and limited release. Powerful sweet smoke and a lingering peppery finish.

United States - Colorado - 58.25% - Using 100% malted barley, including a Scottish heavily peated variety, their single malt whisky is traditionally mashed. Hogback single malt whisky is matured in used oak casks.

United States - 50% - Made from 100% malted barley from the Rhar Maltings in Minnesota, the grains are lightly kilned resulting is a roasted coffee character. Aged a minimum of 3 years in virgin American oak casks in the high altitude and semi-arid climate of Colorado.

United States - 61% - Barrel #14. The first peated malt whisky in the Wallace Collection. Distilled using 100% peated malted barley from Scotland. Matured in ex-rye American oak barrels for four years, then finished for six months in 2-year-old Cab Sauvignon red wine barrels
