Honey Wines & Mead Wine

Washington - The alluring warmth of honey and lusciousness of blackberries soar over your palate, complimenting savory meats and rich desserts. Medium-bodied. Wine made from 90% Honey and 10% Blackberries.

Argentina - An elegant blend of late harvest Chardonnay and Chenin grapes result a brilliant color. The palate reveals flavors reminiscent of fresh honeycomb. Oak aging imparts delicate vanilla notes, paired with the natural essence of honey, bring a smooth finish.

Virginia - Specialty Beer - 12.0% ABV. A preserved ancient recipe of fermented Ethiopian/Eritrean Honey beverage made with Raw Honey and wild yeast; balanced by addition of Gesho (Rhamnus prinoides). Serve Chilled.

Michigan - Inspired by the ripe, juicy peaches grown on Blake Farms, this delightful wine captures the essence of stone fruit with a kiss of honey. Its natural sweetness and smooth finish make it a true taste of summer in every sip.

Arizona- Mead- 13.5% ABV. War Honey is a traditional semi sweet style mead with lemons and Hops. It has a refreshing lemon citrus aroma and the hops will be recognized in the nose. Full bodied and great as a cocktail base or Meadtini.

Montana- Mead- A perfect balance of honey flavor, acidy, and a little bit of oak while capturing the flavor of honey without being too sweet. Enjoy it by itself or as a complement to dishes like grilled fish, roast pork, and spicy Asian or Mexican.

Wisconsin - This semi-sweet wine is very similar to a late harvest riesling. Freshly pressed apple cider and honey are evident and pairs well with sharp cheeses, and spicy foods.

California - The deep purple color of this wine showcases the fruit notes to follow. Rich and ripe dark berry notes play with currant fruit, while delicately balancing spice nots of ground pepper. A slight hint of licorice rounds out this full-bodied, tannic red wine.
