Huber Starlight Whiskey

Kentucky- This flavored whiskey is made with "Bramble Fruits," which are some of the crops down on the Huber Family Farm. Combining blackberry, one of the favorite family "brambles," and whiskey distilled in copped pot-still results in this sweet spirit.

Indiana- 4 1/2 year, small batch blend of bourbon with two distinct mash bills. 2 year air dried Canton barrels with toasted heads and char levels 1 through 4. Bottled at 100 proof and follows the standards determined by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

USA - Their small batch Rye Whiskey is aged here in new American Oak barrels displaying distinctive hints of sweet caramel and vanilla. The prominent characteristics of rye exhibiting classic spicy notes which shine through, making for a smooth finish.

United States - 54.65% - This distilled and bottle Indiana Rye was barreled and finished in hand-selected French Cognac casks. This whiskey has fruit forward hints of apple, smooth vanilla and brown sugar. The spice of the rye gives this whiskey a full bodied mouthfeel.

United States - 42% - Starlight Distillery Peach Whiskey highlights the the history of peaches grown on the Huber farm, and pays tribute to its rich agricultural history. This whiskey is blended with farm fresh, sun-ripened peaches and is then aged in used Starlight bourbon barrels

United States - Roasted almonds coat the palate with this exceptional single barrel from Starlight Distillery. Notes of hazelnut, cocoa, and almond. This single barrel won't last long. Hand selected by the TWM Kentucky Team.

Indiana - A unique and flavorful spirit, this apricot-finished rye boasts vibrant fruit notes of ripe apricot and subtle spice, balanced by the richness of rye. The oak barrel aging adds depth, with hints of vanilla and toasted wood, creating a smooth, complex, and intriguing finish.
