New York- On the nose, strong cereal grain notes with accents of cinnamon and oak. On the palate, sharp spice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and pepper lead to balancing notes of mint, dry oak, and slight cereal grain. The finish is mild with dry oak and light pepper.
