Imperial Stout Ale

Texas- American Double/Imperial Stout- 9.8% ABV. 75 IBUs. Pours a near black. "Colossal additions of American hops are used to balance the robust malt character and infuse this ale with their distinctly citrus-like qualities. It can be consumed now or laid down for further enjoyment."

Michigan- American Double/Imperial Stout- 11.2% ABV. BARREL AGED. An imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Awesome!

Connecticut- American Double/Imperial Stout- 12% ABV. Pours out jet black with a creamy crown of mocha froth. Robust aromas of roasted espresso, chocolate, dark fruits and a bit of brown sugar. Rich flavors that are similar to the nose with a bit of smokiness. Strong, creamy finish.

Texas- Russian Imperial Stout- 9.0% ABV. A White Russian Imperial Stout handcrafted from a fine selection of light-colored malts, hops, cold brew coffee, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, oak, and milk sugar.

Texas- Russian Imperial Stout- 16% ABV,This years brew is a huge Russian Imperial Stout that has been aged in Rhum barrels from the island of Martinique. It features a bold roasty profile balanced by a Noble hop backbone and a pleasantly dry finish.

Maryland- American Strong Ale- 10.0% ABV. BARREL AGED. Our Stock Ale is a blend of Bulleit Bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine and Imperial Stout, bringing together two bold, rich beers into one new, complex experience.

United States - North Carolina - Our 10th Anniversary Ale is a blend of Bourbon Barrel-Aged 10w-40 Imperial Stout, BBA Barleywine and BBA Belgian quad.The resulting amagamation is a balancing act of decadent and sweet chocolate, roasty malt, and toffee.

United States - Oklahoma - The beer that started it all. Our flagship imperial stout combines dark, rich espresso beans from Spaceship Earth Coffee, with the bitterness of cacao nibs, decadent whole vanilla beans, and toasted ancho chili peppers.

United States - Vermont - Dream Eater is a bourbon barrel aged stout brewed with more than two hundred pounds of cinnamon crunch cereal, two pounds of coffee per barrel, lots of milk sugar, and conditioned on just the right amount of vanilla.

California- Russian Imperial Stout- 13.1% ABV. BARREL AGED for a year in a blend of bourbon barrels from Elijah Craig, Four Roses, Pappy Van Winkle, Woodford Reserve, and Buffalo Trace, developing flavors of rich, chewy roasted malts, charred oak and bourbony vanilla.

United States - Oklahoma - Prairie Artisan Ales' created an imperial stout by taking bourbon barrel aged stout blended with bourbon barrel aged brown ale. The stout has 13.6% ABV.

Michigan- American Double/Imperial Stout- 10.6% ABV. The 2nd release in Founders "Backstage Series," this is a traditional Imperial Stout brewed with a blend of coffee & imported chocolates, then aged in used bourbon barrels that have most recently been aging pure Michigan maple syrup.

United States - Oklahoma - Prairie Artisan Ales created an imperial brown ale aged in Whiskey barrels and blended with an imperial stout aged in Rum barrels with toasted coconuts.

United States - Connecticut - Blended with Lumber is a Barrel-blended Imperial Stout. Blend #2 features 1/3 Imperial Stout aged for two years in 12yr Weller, 12yr Elijah Craig and Willett Rye barrels with 2/3 fresh Imperial Stout. Then conditioned on toasted coconut.

Oregon- American Double / Imperial Stout- 11% ABV. Brewed with licorice and molasses with 33% aged in bourbon and French oak barrels. Its depth invites you to explore and discover its rich, complex profile. Subtle notes of coffee, chocolate, molasses and licorice pull you in deeper.

Washington- American Double/Imperial Stout- 8.5% ABV. Darker Persuasion is brewed with rich coconut, vanilla & cacao nibs which evoke flavors of German chocolate cake. Dark roasted specialty malts enhance the chocolate character and make this stout decadent and extremely drinkable.

United States - Connecticut - Measured Chaos is an imperial stout conditioned on coffee, toasted coconut and almonds. It's brewed by Timber Ales at the Twelve Percent Beer Project in North Haven Connecticut.
