Independence Ale

United States - Texas - This dark ale delivers a symphony of sweet flavors, creating the best old-fashioned Texan Pecan Pie tasting ale. Starting with the enticing aromas of toffee, vanilla, and chocolate, and rounding out with the taste of toasted pecans.

Texas- Session IPA- 5.3% ABV. Bright and Hoppy. Inspired by Austin's iconic art-deco Seaholm Power Plant, Power and Light is brewed like a pale ale (light) and dry-hopped like an IPA (power). Crisp and citrusy with a dry "just one more" finish, prepare for a succession of sessions.

Colorado- English IPA- 7% ABV. This is our highly hopped, high-altitude rendition of the classic India Pale Ale redefined as Independence Pass Ale. Our IPA marries big amounts of Columbus, Cascade and Simcoehops. The floral and citrous flavors are perfectly balanced by a malt recepie.

Texas- American Amber Ale- 6.0% ABV. Smooth and Malty. A classic old-school brewpub amber ale, Amber's blend of caramel and toasted malts are balanced by an extra helping of American hops, resulting in a brew that's as smooth and laid-back as its namesake city.

Texas- Cream Ale- 4.5% ABV. At Independence Brewing we bleed burnt orange. And it's a geological fact that the only reason the state of Texas doesn't sink into the Gulf of Mexico is that Oklahoma sucks. So salute the football gods with this light, crushable cream ale. Hook 'em!
