Innis & Gunn Ale

Scotland- English Strong Ale- 6.6% ABV. Pours a distinct copper colour. Aromas of vanilla, whisky, peat, sweet toffee. The mouth feel is mildly syrupy yet balanced with carbonation, leading to flavors of whisky, sweetness, and peat, with a smooth caramel finish. A unique brew.

England - Caribbean Rum Cask matured for spiciness and richness of flavor. Aromas of rum, Demerara, dried fruits and spice, warming malt character with hints of vanilla and oak. Pairs well with full-bodied foods like cheese and chutney.

Scotland- English Strong Ale- 7.4% ABV. Pours a deep red-copper color. A special batch of Inis & Gunn beer was brewed and matured in oak for 60 days; 30 days in American oak barrels, and 30 days in navy rum barrels. It was then matured 47 more days for a full marriage of flavors.

Scotland- English Stout- 7.4% ABV. A collaboration of Innis & Gunn Brewing and Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey Distillers. This new Stout is aged in Tullamore's legendary triple distilled Irish Whiskey barrels creating a rich, flavor packed beer.

Scotland- Specialty Beer- 6.1% ABV. Scotland is renowned for whisky, Ireland for stout. This beer is a beer to be savored. it is whiskey cask matured for mellowness and flavor. aromas of dark chocolate, espresso and vanilla bean, full malt character with a hint of mollasses.

England - We use authentic Mexican Tequila casks to mature our beer. The flavors from the casks provide the unmistakable citrus and spice Tequila character, while the sweetness and tannins from the oak brings balance and depth ensuring this beer is refreshing
