United States - Minnesota - A sessionable 5.5% Hazy Pale Ale available for a limited time only. Winter Break has been brewed with Mosaic, Riwaka and Strata hops for bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

United States - Minnesota - In case of emergency, break glass... or just crack open a can of our new hazy pale ale. In Case of Emergency is brewed with a double dose of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops, delivering a juicy, tropical escape with notes of stone fruit and white grape.

United States - Minnesota - A 6.5% Hazy IPA available for a limited time only. Parts & Labor has been brewed with Dolcita, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. This pillowy soft Hazy IPA has notes of ripe peach, candied stone fruit.

United States - Minnesota - This Cold IPA is light and dry with notes of stone fruit and resin from Nectaron hops, citrus from Mosaic hops, and peach and fresh melon from Alora hops. Fermenting the beer with a blend of lager and thiolized ale yeast unlocks loads of tropical flavors.

United States - Minnesota - Our latest limited beer is double dry hopped, double Hazy IPA brewed with Azacca, Mosaic and Citra hops. The aroma of stone fruit and melon are followed by notes of tropical fruit and citrus in this 8.3% Hazy IPA.

United States - Minnesota - A 7.3% Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA available for a limited time only. Fabulonimbus Clouds is brewed with Citra, Cashmere & Galaxy hops for a juicy, complex fruitiness.

United States - Minnesota - The combo of Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops add an interesting blend of white wine grapes, melon, and citrus, while an oat-heavy malt bill provides plenty of support with a creamy, smooth mouthfeel.

United States - Minnesota - We fermented this beer at a colder-than-normal temperature and added corn and rice to the malt bill to achieve an ultra crisp, dry finish. Citra, El Dorado, and Nectaron creates a hop flavor profile similar to a West Coast IPA.
