Highlands-46.2%-This single grain scotch is aged 33 years in European oak and finished in ex-sherry casks. This rich whisky has initial notes of sherry on the nose. The palate has flavors of vanilla cream, honey glazed raspberries, and a hint of nutmeg. The finish is buttery and creamy.

Scotland-A Highland Single Grain matured for 21 years in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of creme brulee and demerara sugar are found on the nose. A rounded mouthfeel with flavors of toasted coconut cut with apple and pear. Caramelized tropical fruit notes develop on the finish. Gold-SFWSC
