Minnesota- In honor of the historic brickyards of Carver County, this bourbon is proof that great whiskey can be made in MN! This straight bourbon has a mash bill of 71% Minnesota corn, 20% Minnesota winter wheat, 9%t malted barley, and has been aged over two years.

United States - 47.1% - Medium-bodied, with pear, caramel, brown sugar, dried orange peel, cocoa, vanilla and spice notes with a long, soft and smooth finish. This fine bourbon offers the unique flavors of Minnesota grains and the complexity of a carefully crafted, well-aged whiskey.

United States - 48.9% - Nose: Toffee, maple, vanilla, butter cookies, banana wafers, apricot, banana, fresh figs, apple, orange peel and oak. Palate: Toffee, caramel, fudge, vanilla wafers, spice cake, green apple, citrus peel, sherry and wood barrel. Soft and smooth finish.
