United States - 56.75% - La Flamme Reserve is Patton Road Reserve finished in ex-Armagnac casks. It was aged five years in the farm’s former dairy-barn-turned-rickhouse and subjected to their brutal WI winters and hot, humid summers.

United States - Wisconsin - 59% - dark, heavy and rich. There is warm, dark hot cocoa, bitter chocolate, and chocolate covered espresso beans, subtle hints of warm baked apple pie, mocha, cinnamon apple spice cake and a nice finish of warm apple strudel with fresh whipped creme.

Wisconsin- Bellefontaine Reserve is a Wisconsin Straight Bourbon, extra-aged for five and a half years in new, charred oak barrels, slowly reduced and finished for another eight months in ex-V.S.O.P. Cognac barrels. It has notes of caramel and black papper.
