Jackie O's Ale

Ohio- American Wild Ale- 6.0% ABV. Brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and spelt. The wort was fermented in red wine barrels with a blend of our house souring cultures. After aging for 2 years on lees, a bright and assertive sour ale emerged with both depth and grace.

Ohio- Saison/ Farmhouse Ale- 5.1% ABV. A light, refreshing, and super drinkable. Aromas filled with lemon, with a touch of lime in the flavor. A beer you won't regret picking up.

Ohio - Saison/Farmhouse Ale - 5.5% ABV. Saison brewed with chamomile, white peppercorn, & citrus pith and aged in oak barrels. The tannic and lactic edge make for a dynamic and enjoyable experience.

Ohio- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.0% ABV. A mixed fermentation saison aged in Vin Santo Casks for 6 months. The dessert wine casks imparted subtle nutty notes with a distinct brackish character softened by a light cellar quality. Cheers!

Ohio- Gose- 5.2% ABV. A proprietary yeast blend of brettanomyces, saccharomyces, and lactobacillus ferments the beer at high temperatures. Over the course of 2 months, this beer becomes naturally tart and full of character. No kettles were soured in the making of this beer.

Ohio- American Double/Imperial Stout- 10.0% ABV. Brewed with locally harvested black walnuts and Belgian candy syrup. English, German, American, and Belgian malts are accompanied by Pacific Northwest hops, creating a sweet and rich springboard for deep nuttiness.
