Jax Red Wine

Napa Valley, CA - Fruit forward noise and on the front if the palate with some spiciness. It is balanced with tannins, which provides the necessary structure. Mid palate on it reminds me of those high end Rioja Reservas. To me it feels like mostly Zin, Syrah with some cab.

California - Napa Valley - Calistoga - California - Lively and fragrant, with notes of dark chocolate, dried blueberry, and oak char. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, cocoa, and dark fruits are rich and layered. Full and broad, with creamy tannins that are softened by the sweet flavors.
