Texas - Saison/Farmhouse Ale - 5.7% ABV Our second batch of Provenance takes the vibrant flavors and aromas of lemons and limes and presents them in the unique way that only wild fermentation with native yeast and bacteria can. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle-conditioned.

Texas- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.0% ABV. The 2018 Vague Recollection is a Farmhouse Ale Aged on the pomace of Sangiovese and Tempranillo grapes used in the production of Birra di Sangiovese and Cerveza De Tempranillo.

United States - Texas - For our latest collaboration with our friends at New Image Brewing in Colorado, we took a deep dive into New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Nelson T90, Nelson Cryo, and Nelson Hop Kief to take the huge tropical sweetness as far as we can go.

United States - Texas - This is a Hazy IPA fermented with Kviek yeast. This yeast ferments faster and at wider range of temperatures giving a cleaner taste and some fun fruity esters that pair well in a hazy beer. This is also a collaboration with Yazoo Brewing in Nashville!

United States - Texas - Fen Tao is one of our top-tier offerings when it comes to our barrel aged fruit series. Whole fresh local fruit is always used, and we hand pick the barrels for a most balanced drinking experience. Tart and delicious, it tastes like a peach cobbler!

United States - Texas - Wytchmaker is a Rye IPA with Texas malt, rye and oats. Heavily hopped with Citra and El dorado, then dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Cryo Mosaic. This hazy looking IPA is ripe with citrus and floral flavors and aromas.

United States - Texas - Phylactory Phactory is our Double Hazy IPA melding northern and southern hemisphere hops into one intensely aromatic experience. Utilizes Freestyle 2024 Mega Terps Blend.

United States - Texas - Green Acres takes tropical hop character to an extreme with a total abundance of southern hemisphere hops, with notes of guava, sweet citrus, and nectarine.Finally, we added Maui Nelson Hop Kief on top because we just couldn't stop with this beer!

United States - Texas - Here's our seasonal west coast style IPA hopped w/ Centennial, Strata, and Azacca. This combo of hops brings on notes of tropical citrus, a mid tone of floral & herbal dankness. a touch of dried pepper spice, and a strong resinous backbone

United States - Texas - Double Hazy IPA jammed with each Citra hop available. We added American Citra Noble in the whirlpool, dip-hopped with Citra Dynaboost, dry hopped with Citra T90 and Citra Cryo, then added a dose of Citra Hyp erboost in the brite tank right before packaging.

United States - Texas - Doomforge is an American Imperial Coffee Stout. A big, malty beast of a beer, with an explosive aroma of freshly roasted coffee. Flavors of rich chocolate, dark fruit, and coffee permeate the beer throughout.

United States - Texas - For Necrølith, We added 500 pounds of Hill Country Sourdough Bread made with 100% Texas-grown grains. We then added the sourdough to an imperial stout mash with English caramel and chocolate malts and oats.
