California - North Coast - Wine Enthusiast: 87 Points, Vintage 2017. This is a good, medium-bodied, commercial style wine that has plenty of blackberry-fruit flavors and a seemingly sweet overlay of maple and mint, presumably from aging in oak. - JG

California - Santa Barbara - Shaped by brilliant sunshine and coastal breezes this Pinot Noir features notes of pomegranate, cherry, & cedar on the palate, with fresh raspberry aromas and a long, silky finish.

California - Lodi - Scents of blackberry and blueberry are supported by white pepper and toasted wood. The palate showcases dark cherry and rich mocha. The finish is soft and supple and features white pepper, black pepper, smoked ham, and vanilla.

California - Central Coast - Paso Robles - This is a very satisfying and widely available Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend, offering aromas of smoked cherry and leather on the nose. The palate is quite smoky as well, packed with cured meat, dark cherry, red flower and licorice flavors.

California - Complex scents of dark fruit, pepper, clove, and vanilla leap from the glass. The palate features flavors of blackberries, cardamom, black licorice, and pepper witha long, smoky finish.

Oregon - This is soft and smooth, clearly designed for immediate drinking. The strawberry fruit comes along with flavors of chocolate milkshake, a winning combo though not designed for a long, complicated life. The tannins keep it light and accessible, and the finish does a quick fade.
