Kentucky Owl Bourbon

Kentucky- Aromas of caramel toffee, sweet char, creme brulee, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple. Bright first notes of rich caramel sweetness. Vanilla and toffee coat the front of the palate, linger, then blend with tingles of pepper, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger. Long finish of deep oak.

Kentucky- An 11 year old Kentucky Owl Straight Rye finished for over one year in Bayou Rum XO barrels. The sweetness of the Bayou Rum XO finishes very pleasant, with a robust but soft mouth feel. Finish is smooth, with the sweetness of butter giving way to a pleasant throat sensation.
