Kentucky- American Stout- 8.2% ABV. Pours a deep golden color, but drinks like a traditional stout. With notes of toffee, roasted malt, and dark choc, this beer delivers dark flavors in a lighter ale. Aged in bourbon barrels over cocoa nibs, the finish is caramel, vanilla & oak flavors

Kentucky- Foregin/ Export Stout- 7.0% ABV. Aromas filled with dark roasted malts, and Barley's yeast complimented by flavors of smoked malts and chocolate. A smooth stout to be enjoyed.

Kentucky- Specialty Beer - 13.0% ABV. We took the ingredients in bourbon whiskey (Barley, Rye, Corn) and then smoked them with cherry wood and brewed a huge imperial stout with them. Aged in Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrels. Resulting beer is rich, smoky and complex.

Kentucky- Milk/Sweet Stout- 6.5% ABV. It may not be mother's milk, but this newest year-round beer, McPoyle, goes down smooth and has flavors of coffee, chocolate, and cream.

California- American Double/Imperial Stout- 10% ABV. BARREL AGED 3 months in American oak Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Milk stout brewed with cocoa, coffee and spices to mimic the rich flavors of Mexican hot chocolate. Barrel aging layers additional caramel-like and vanilla flavors.
