Ireland- A polished and mature Irish single malt whiskey selected and bottled at the ideal age. Entry is balanced, focused, and integrated, slightly astringent and nicely fruity. Midpalate has delicate tastes of marshmallow, brown sugar, oaky vanilla, and marzipan. Excellent Value.

Ireland - The delicate distillation process, along with the moist and temperate Irish climate, and the special aging in sherry cask has yielded its distinctive flavor. The use of two kinds of wood casks in Twin Wood has produced a whiskey which has a deep, complex and very smooth taste.

Ireland - The nose shows the orchard fruits typical of Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey, but is given depth by the Oloroso Sherry cask-aged whiskey. This results in hints of fleshy fruits - like plum and apricot. The taste is rich and fruity with a dry, pleasant finish. Sip neat.

Ireland - 46% - This exceptional single malt is non-chill filtered, triple distilled, and aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Cognac Casks from the French region of Limousin.

Ireland- Combines two single malts distilled in copper pot stills then moved to mature in old bourbon casks. Notes of spiced apple, cloves, ad pastry. Has a richness and complexity to the taste.
