Koloa Kaua'i Rum

Hawaii- Koloa cacao chocolate-flavored rum is creamy with mocha notes and even with an 80-proof ABV- which is part of what makes this rum so unique, it has a buttery smooth taste, highlighted by subtle notions of spice, cacao nibs and a pleasant strong coffee finish. All made in Hawaii!

Hawaii- Dry and crisp with hints of oak, licorice and toasted sugars. Clean and inviting, with a fruity pineapple finish. From this distillate, and using the vintage copper pot still, all of the rum is made in a batch style. The resulting white rum is about as pure as rum can be.

Hawaii- The rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of vanilla, dark molasses, and sweet caramel. A layer of hotter spices lies underneath and warms the mouth. In particular, there is an accent of cloves which brings about a certain depth of flavor.

Hawaii- A surprising mild flavor is the initial impression. Although, the crystallized sugar comes through very clearly. It is a honeye, caramel flavor which is sweet and inviting. Citrus zest, and light peppery spices follow.

Hawaii- The first sip tastes of a highly robust espresso coffee balanced with white cane sugar. Well-crafted espresso notes are followed by a dry finish of light vanilla and hints of chocolate.

Hawaii- Produced from a proprietary spice blend, golden wheat in color, with hints of spice cake on the nose. Extremely well-balanced with a hint of caramel and vanilla followed by a long, smooth finish.

Hawaii- A bouquet of mellow oak, orange peel and toasted vanilla tickle the nose, while a subtle sweetness quickly swells to a crescendo of rich and complex flavors on the palate leaving an exceptionally clean finish.

United States - 55% - This cask strength rum is artfully distilled and carefully aged in American White Oak Barrels for a minimum of 5 years . The remarkable flavor, color and aroma of each batch is a reflection of time, temperature and humidity over the aging process .
