Kolsch Ale

Missouri- Kolsch- 4.8% ABV. Pours a bright, straw color. This Kolsch is a classic golden ale that uses a centuries old yeast strain from a famous Kolsch brewer in Koln, Germany.

United States - Minnesota - A timeless hybrid German style that combines traditional pilsner malt with delicate hops and conditioned as a cold lager, resulting in subtle fruit aroma with very low bitterness that's refreshing and clean.

Germany- Kolsch- 4.8% ABV. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a frothy white head that settles nicely. Dry malts and bakery bread aromas on the nose. Hints of honey. Malty flavors with doughy bread. Finishes crisp.

United States - California - Vienna malts give Golden Trout a full body and flavor, while Saaz hops take it downstream to a softer, more floral place. Pairs well with Sierra sunshine.
