Kolsch Ale

Virginia- Kolsch- A very clear golden hue in appearance. Modest aromas of sweet bready malts balanced with hints of herbal hops. The flavor is similar with light notes of lemon and sweet corn. Nice flavor and an excellent accompaniment to summer.

New Jersey- Kolsch- 5.5% ABV. The Swiss Army Knife in the Wet Ticket lineup. Brewed with German hops, malt and yeast. This beer appeals to a broad spectrum of beer lovers with its crisp clean flavors, and is the closest beer in the Ale family to a Lager.

Minnesota- Kolsch- 4.4% ABV. This version is step mashed with our beloved Weyermann Pils, a kiss of Wheat & German Ale Yeast before cold conditioning for 7 weeks to crispy perfection. That’s Beer, Alright.

Connecticut- Kolsch- 4.5% ABV. A light German-syle ale of the type popular in Cologne. Named after our grandfather Sylvester, who liked lighter beers. A refreshing beverage in warmer weather and whenever food is served.

Georgia- Kolsch- Pours a light straw color. Hints of fruit on the nose from ale yeast carry to the flavors, where a light malt graininess meets fruity pear notes. Nicely carbonated and finishes dry.

Maryland- Kolsch- 5.0% ABV. This bright cold conditioned ale was created using a touch of German Pale Wheat and Pils malts that provide a very crisp and clean mouthfeel. We then dry hopped the brew using a unique German hop variety called Hull Melon.
