United States - Nebraska - A refreshing ale that drinks like a lager, our German-style Kölsch pours straw yellow with hints of honey malt character and a smooth, crisp finish.

California- Kolsch- 4.8%ABV. Silver Medal GABF 2017. Seafarer is made with German pilsner malt and noble hop varieties. Our crisp, pale Kolsch is lively, refreshing, and a perfect partner for the everyday journey that is life.

United States - Virginia - Blue Sky Kölsch is a collaborative effort with Blue Sky Fund, a youth development non-profit that provides transformational experiences for urban youth through outdoor education. A classic Kölsch profile, a light hoppiness, slight malty aroma.

California - Kolsch - 5.4% ABV. Our Cucumber Kolsch is brewed with pure German Pilsner malt, fresh cucumber, mint, coriander and lemon peel and the delicate caress of the finest German noble hops.

United States - Texas - Brewed true to its origin this crisp, clean dry beer is packed with character. The subtle fruitiness makes it very easy to drink with a very clean finish.

United States - New Mexico - A traditional bier recipe from the Köln or Cologne region of Germany. This unique yeast strain gives the beer a fruity to neutral presence on the tongue. We use a later German hop variety which gives this brew a slightly spicy hop note. 5.6% ABV 15 IBU.

United States - Wisconsin - Bierzeit, literally “beer time,” is that moment to unwind after an honest day’s work. This German style ale deftly balances crackery Pilsner malt and sharp noble hops in an easy-drinking, crisp-finishing brew.

Maryland- Kolsch- 4.8% ABV. Watermill is a classic German-Style Kolsch. Classified as a "hybrid", the Kolsch is fermented cold with ale yeast. Watermill is expertly crafted to be clean, crisp and easy drinking.

United States - North Carolina - 4.9% ABV For this kolsch, we combined a variety of local malts, and brewed it with 4 separate hop additions of Mandarina Bavaria and Magnum. The result is a crisp brew with notes of orange zest, black pepper, and a hint of baking spice.

North Carolina- Kolsch- Pours an attractive light golden color. Subtle bready malt character with earthy, grassy notes. The crisp mouthfeel delivers refreshing light malt notes with emerging earthy hops through the finish. A solid interpretation of the style.

United States - California - Kölsch is a unique style in that it is fermented with ale yeast but then finished with lagering. The result is the best of both worlds: A light easy drinking pale that finishes crisp and clean.
