Lake Monster Ale

United States - Ohio - An epic remake of a cult classic Double IPA, remastered with a devstating combination of Apollo, Simcoe, Azacca, Willamette, & Idaho 7 hops. This monster is about to capsize your taste buds.

Ohio- American Double / Imperial IPA- 9.1% ABV. Pours a reddish-copper color. Big, pungent hop aromas hit the nose with inviting citrus and resiny pine. Flavors deliver ample oily hop character and earthiness along with a present malt backbone that lets the bitterness shine.

Minnesota - IPA - Brewed for the hop-head in all of us, this India Pale Ale is made with the finest American malts and a unique blend of classic and new American hops. It has a firm bitterness, intense citrus-hop aroma, and enough flavor to knock you overboard.

Minnesota- American Pale Wheat Ale. This style of beer generally offers a light body with wheat aroma and varying (but typically low) hop and yeast character. Please see package for more information.

Minnesota- American IPA- 6.8% ABV. Each hop-forward brew in this rotating series will feature a new combination of hops and specialty malts on a clean IPA base without any flavorings or additives.

United States - Minnesota - We constructed this seasonal IPA to be balanced and fruit forward. It has a creamy body from the substantial use of oats in the grist combined with a pungent tropical hop aroma. A dose of Blood Orange fruit in the fermenter pushes citrus notes over the top

Minnesota- Berliner Weissbier- 4.5% ABV. A variety pack consisting of Traditional German sour wheat beer with a variety of fruit added to them, fresh raspberries, Apricots, And Lemons.

United States - Michigan - Watch out for this hoppy monster of a beer. Local legend has it that imbibing a few of these may result in a Sasquatch sighting. Made with Michigan Chinook Centennial, and Cascade hops.

United States - Minnesota - Sometimes a flavor combination just makes sense. A crisp wheat ale infused with Hibiscus flowers and Pomegranate puree, this fuchsia hued brew is as refreshing as it gets.

United States - Minnesota - The great Freddie Mercury famously said "I like to be surrounded by splendid things." In that spirit we brewed up this splendid fruit ale, made with a blend of lemon zest, hibiscus and raspberry puree
