Chile - Colchagua Valley - The Carmenere character is more obvious and confidently transparent this year, but in a really complex and layered way. Cedar, black olives, graphite, paprika and hints of pepper and iodine. It’s well-rounded, with a light sanguine note to the ripe fruit.

Casablanca Valley, Chile- Intense black fruit aromas of blackcurrant and black pepper combined with delicate notes of sage, tobacco and Provence herbs. Spices come back at the finish to add complexity. Well balanced structure and firm body.

Chile - A fresh nose full of fruit. Dark cherries, fresh blueberries, spices, crushed stones and olives. A touch of graphite, too. Well-structured and vertical on the palate, but there is also fluidity in the center palate filled with fruit.

Chile - Central Valley - A nice touch of baked cherries and dark chocolate to the deep blackberry fruit. Ink and a touch of graphite and dried herbs. Full-bodied and pretty powerful with fine-grained tannins and a long, extensive finish.
