United States - Colorado - 55% - This exclusive release was selected by CU Athletic Director Rick George and members of the CU Athletics Department in collaboration with Al Laws and the Laws Whiskey House Team. Composed of just 5 barrels, ranging in age from four years to nine years.

United States - 45% - Ralphie's Reserve Bourbon is made with CO heirloom grains and mountain spring water. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle is donated to CU's Ralphie Live Mascot Program which directly provides care for current and retired live buffalo mascots.

United States - Colorado - 45% - Tasting Notes: Sweet vanilla wafer, buttered cupcake, warm peach, apple peel on the nose. Toffee pudding, carmel corn, apple pie crust complemented by lemon rind and rhubarb tartness on the pallet. Subtle hints of light coffee lead to a long dry finish
