Leatherback Ale

US Virgin Islands- American Blonde Ale. This style of beer generally offers a very approachable combination of flavors and aromas with no over-the-top characteristics. Sometimes referred to as a Golden Ale, these can occasionally have honey, spices, or fruit added.

US Virgin Islands- Berliner Weissbier- 5.3% ABV. This tart and refreshing ale is bursting with passionfruit and vanilla. A portion of the proceeds from the beer go to support shark conservation in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands through Conservacion Con Ciencia.

US Virgin Islands- Saison/Farmhouse Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying yeast character ranging from funk to fruit to farmhouse. Some may be aged with Brettanomyces to add tartness. Please see package for more information.

US Virgin Islands- American IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas as well as hop bitterness supported by a malt backbone. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

US Virgin Islands- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.5% ABV. This hazy fruit bomb is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, oats, crystal malt and a touch of lactose. After primary fermentation we added 200 lbs. of guanabana and a generous dose of Comet, Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic hops.

US Virgin Islands- Hefeweizen- 5.1% ABV. This refreshing hefeweizen is bursting with the flavor of Caribbean Acerola Cherries. Raise your glass, sip and savor the local flavor. Cheers!

US Virgin Islands- Session IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas (much like American IPAs), but with lower alcohol content and often less hop bitterness. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.
