Level Ale

California- American Blonde Ale- 4.8% ABV. 99 is an easy drinking golden ale that is meant to be enjoyed by beer drinkers on all levels. A slight sweetness and rich flavor is derived from the honey malt used along with other specialty grains.

Wyoming- American Double/Imperial IPA- 13.0% ABV. The crew at Melvin decided to push their system to the max on all levels. Brewed with 4 plus lbs of Simcoe and Mosaic hops per barrel then double dry hopped. Flavors of peach, stone fruit and herbal forest.

United States - Texas - Mein Schatz Berliner Weisse is a sweetheart of a beer; a style known for its high quaffability, crisp maltiness, slight tartness, and higher carbonation level.

Illinois- Tripel- 8.7% ABV. Not your ordinary tripel. Darker than most. Yeast brings esters of apple and pear. Not a high carb level like most. Flavors hint tobacco and bread crusts. Warming abv, but not hot. Consistent flavor from start to finish.

South Carolina- Witbier. This style of beer generally offers flavors and aroma of wheat, coriander, and orange peel and a refreshing level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a slice of lemon or orange.

Texas- Belgian Strong Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying levels of hop and malt flavor and aroma with a relatively high alcohol content. Hop flavor and aroma tend to be subtle and balanced.

Texas- American Blonde Ale- 5.4% ABV. Texas Blonde is a lightly hopped blonde ale that is generously dry-hopped with the Azacca hop variety. The low bitterness level allows the hop character to be the star with strong notes of pineapple, mango, and citrus aromas.

Belgium- Belgian Strong Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers varying levels of hop and malt flavor and aroma with a relatively high alcohol content. Hop flavor and aroma tend to be subtle and balanced.
