Litchfield Distillery Bourbon

Connecticut- Distilled from locally grown grain and traditionally aged in #4 charred barrels. A beautiful ambr color with aromas of vanilla and butterscotch. A smooth balanced taste with a slightly peppery finish. Mash bill of corn, rye, and barley. Smooth for sipping.

Connecticut- The classic 8- year bourbon whiskey rested in port barrels for an additional six months. Combination of vanillas and caramels with sweet fruit. Exceptionally smooth and perfect for sipping.

Connecticut- Distilled from locally grown grain and aged in #1 charred barrels. A beautiful amber color with aromas of vanilla and butterscotch. A smooth balanced taste with a slightly peppery finish. Mash bill of corn, rye, and barley. Smooth for sipping. Bottled at 122 proof.

Connecticut- A local sugar maker ages their craft maple syrup in Litchfield's retired bourbon barrels. After the syrup is produced, the barrels are returned home and are refilled with their bourbon. The result is a smooth bourbon that highlights the maple's sweet and complex character.

United States - 54% - Sherry barrels are used to finish this limited release are from the Jerez Spain. Which held Pedro Ximénez grapes for 10 years. After resting the Bourbon in them, the result is a delicious marriage of sweet, fruity molasses notes and savory herbs and smoke.

Connecticut- An aromatic and exceptionally well balanced spirit. We infuse with Bourbon-Madagascar vanilla extract and gift a vanilla bean to each bottle to invite further flavor development as the bottle rests. This is a wonderful bourbon to sip neat.

Connecticut- Litchfield has taken the Batchers' Straight Bourbon and dropped in a stick of Cinnamon. The result is, a subtle, warming spice that is a smooth sipper that will be just in time for the Autumn air.

United States - 58% - The rum barrel used to finish the bourbon rested in retired a South American rum barrel. You'll pick up notes of caramelized cane sugar and dark fruit on the nose. The palette showcases hints of dark molasses and red licorice.
