Little Beast Ale

Oregon- Gose- 5.0% ABV. Fruited Gose brewed with the tradtiional salt and coraiinder added to a sour fermented wort. With fermenation on whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes and a malt bill dominated by wheat.

Oregon - American Wild Ale - 7.4% ABV. Our mixed-culture farmhouse red ale has bright flavors resulting from a balance of developed malt character, toasted oak and soft acidity. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned.

Oregon - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.1% ABV. Utilizing distinct dry hops in each version, our dry saison yeast couples quite nicely with the tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavor of El Dorado hops.

Oregon- American IPA- 6.4% ABV. This West Coast IPA packed with Centennial, Mosaic and Chinook hops will have you seeing trees. With aromas of pine and resin, lush notes of grapefruit and a subtle woodsy character -- it's a delicious view from up here.
