Texas- German Pilsner - 5.0% ABV. Live Oak Gold is a north German-style pilsner, cousin to our Czech-style Pilz. The German lager yeast and lengthy secondary conditioning produces a crisp and very clean beer that really lets the flavors of the malt and hops shine through.

Texas- American-Style Lager. This style of beer generally offers malt-driven flavors and aromas and possible light fruity esters with minimal hop flavor, bitterness, and aroma.

Texas- Marzen- Our fall classic, Oaktoberfest, is carefully brewed in observance with Bavarian-style and tradition. Emphasizing rich flavor produced by the finest German malts, Oaktoberfest balances malty fullness with the subtle clean bitterness of Noble hops.

United States - Connecticut - This collaboration with Live Oak Brewing of Austin, Texas we brewed A Bamberg-style pale lager. This unfiltered Helles is gold in color with subtle notesof campfire, hay, and honeysuckle with a medium-light body and bright and crisp finish.
