Texas - Light, crisp, and refreshing with delicate notes of strawberry, watermelon, and a hint of citrus. Bright acidity keeps it lively and balanced, leading to a clean, smooth finish. Easy-drinking and pleasantly fruity without being overly sweet.

United States- Prune, cedar and plum flavors explode on the palate, while the aroma offers nutty, vanilla and deep ripe fruit. The winemaker recommends serving with fresh fruit, cheese, or chocolate desserts.

Texas- The unique tangerine-zest, key-lime aromatics come from the grape and a special process known as "stopped-fermentation". Llano Moscato is low in alcohol (10.0%). We recommend this wine be served with any hot, spicy cuisine and dessert, especially featuring fresh fruit.

Texas- Served slightly chilled. Nice fruit in this wine with stone fruit and apple notes. Good balance with a medium-light body. A little sweetness but not overwhelming.I think that this wine would pair well with a variety of different cuisines.

Texas- This wine has a very berry aroma with a small hint of oaky. Upon first taste you get some berry notes and a very faint oak finish as well. If you're not a fan of the really heavy reds, this wine can serve as a really good compromise.

Texas- Primarily from the High Plains and Hill Country, a fruity-citrusy-figgy wine with a nice cut of smoky apricot. Drinks quite full-bodied and rich, and very dry, with pretty acidity, and then turns tartly crisp on the finish.

Texas- Serve Merlot at a cool room temperature (58-70F) with Texas beef tenderloin, wild game or pasta. This wine possesses soft and supple tannins with a well-focused bouquet displaying tones of cherry and blackberry. Full and rich in flavor.

Texas- This wine has a complex bouquet as a result of the extended barrel aging showing hints of dried cranberries and cherries. This Reserve Merlot has a medium body and is rich in flavor.

Texas- this is a blend of 5 Rhone varieties; Carignane, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Viognier. Aromatically this is a delicate wine, floral and perfumed with hints of dried cherry fruits and plums. Enjoy this lighter red with lighter cuts of meat, perfect with a pork tenderloin.

Texas- Viviano is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards of Rising Star Vineyard and, Sangiovese from Newsom Vineyard, with Syrah, Malbec, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc to round out the blend. Aromatics also include layers of mocha, dried cherries and cedar.

Texas - Smooth, with a velvety body. Flavors of flowers, fruit and spice fill the rich palate. After the intense blackberry pie and floral notes fade a complex finish of boysenberry lingers nicely.

Texas- Viviana is a non-traditional blend using aromatic white varieties such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat Canelli and Viognier. All grown in the hot climate of far West Texas, these varieties exhibit the perfume of honey, orange blossoms and tropical fruit.

Texas- Extended barrel aging has created a complex wine showing hints of cherry cassis that is supported with a medium bodied tannin structure. Serve at a cool room temperature.

United States- Made in a sweeter style with balancing acidity, this Gewurztraminer is a popular example of this German varietal. An excellent complement for spicy dishes such as Thai cuisine.

Texas - Rich and bold with ripe blackberry and dark cherry layered over hints of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak from the bourbon barrel aging. Smooth tannins and a warm, lingering finish add depth, giving it a distinctive character that balances fruit and spice nicely.
