Texas - American IPA - 6.8% ABV A SMaSH IPA using a caboodle of malt and a new hop released in 2012 called Mosaic. A chalk-white head with a very clean malt backbone. The hops impart strong grapefruit, pineapple, and blueberry flavor and aroma. A strong beer that is extremely quaffable.

Texas- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 7.6% ABV. Saison Doug is a nod to traditional beer styles and a head pat to the furriest member of our brewery. Pulling inspiration from traditional Belgian brews, this ale is a refreshing spin on a classic style.

Texas - American Strong Ale - American two row malted barley and the darkest caramelized malts. It is hopped with four whole cone American hops. Taste of dark amber with a sticky-toffee colored head; malty sweetness with hints of dried fruit and burnt sugar.

United States - Texas - Our latest offering to our lineup of brews is somewhat on the peculiar side: the elusive and cryptic small beer. Big on flavor yet quite small on ABV, our take on the Pale Mild Ale gives a roasted maltiness and a slight hoppy bitterness.

United States - Texas - Our Brewer’s Select Series allows one of our intrepid brewers to share something special with the world. Black IPAs combine hoppiness with roasty-ness. The beer is very unique, sharing the quaffablity of a porter or dry stout with the hoppy zing of an IPA.

Texas- American IPA- 8.5% ABV. Akin to the Jubjub bird and Bandersnatch, the Jabberwocky is strong, intimidating, and to be feared. However, once slain with a vorpal sword, it becomes an enticing well-balanced Imperial IPA. Hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
