United States - Colorado - Made with locally malted barley from Root Shoot Malting. An easy-drinking Scottish Ale. Toast/bready, caramel/toffee, very little hop character.

United States - Colorado - A taproom favorite. Not overly bitter, this American Pale ale is brewed with Amarillo, El Dorado, and Citra hops, then dry hopped with Cascade and Hallertauer hops to create a crisp, refreshing, and easy to drink pale ale.

Colorado- American Wild Ale- 6.5% ABV. We brew this sandwich style sour with Munich and honey malt from Root Shoot Malting. Peanut flour, lactose, and fruit purée are added at the end of primary fermentation to complete the sandwich.

United States - Colorado - This Extra Pale Ale was brewed in celebration for our 12th anniversary! This beer was brewed with premium pilsner malt, white wheat malt and mosaic and el dorado hops. Our Extra Pale Ale is subtly bitter with a nice crisp finish.

Colorado- Fruit Beer- 5.8% ABV. Kettle Sour ale with Passion Fruit, Mango, and Coconut. Tastes of summer sun, and equality. Pairs perfectly with celebrations and living out loud!

Colorado- Kolsch- 4.0% ABV. A traditional and highly crushable German style Kolsch. Brewed with all local Root Shoot Pilsner and light Munich malt, and Nobility hops. This crisp ale-lager hybrid lends notes of citrus, straw, and green tea with a balanced finish.

United States - Colorado - Celebrating 13 years of brewing excellence with our anniversary hazy pale ale, Hoppy Go Lucky 13. This lucky brew combines Wakatu, Citra, and Mosaic hops delivering bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Smooth, hazy, and perfectly balanced.

Colorado- American IPA- 6.6% ABV. This Milkshake IPA is dry-hopped three times with Citra & Mosaic hops resulting in a soft and juicy hop character. Natural pistachio flavor and Tahitian vanilla are mixed into the conditioning tank.

United States - Colorado - Double Birds Imperial IPA pours golden-amber, is clouded by a light lupulin haze, and capped by a long-lasting, rocky head. Dank, earthy, citrus flavors duel with its caramel malt backbone which produces a subdued and lasting bitterness.

Colorado- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.7% ABV. It is OK to be Distant. Exclusion Zone is brewed with BRU-1, Galaxy, Falconer's Flight and Falconer's 7 C's hops for their dank and juicy nature. Drink this alone, or six feet away from me!

Colorado- American Porter- 7.0% ABV. Darkest Day is brewed annually in celebration of the winter solstice. This brown porter is packed with freshly toasted coconut and cocoa husks from a local chocolatier.
