North Carolina- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.0% ABV. This Hoppy Amber Ale is brewed w/ 3 different types of crystal malts. Amarillo & Cascade Hops add some citrus & apricot flavors & aroma. Medium bitterness & medium light body.

North Carolina- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 7.0% ABV. 55 IBUs. A west coast style American IPA with aromas of citrus, grapefruit & pine from the generous use of American hops. A subdued malt bill allows the hop flavor to dominate. Finishes dry with medium-high bitterness.
