Mad Mole Brewing Ale

United States - North Carolina - “No Country For Old Moles” is a classic West Coast IPA: grassy and resiny, with a subtle citrus peel aroma and a medium body. A slightly malty, lingering bitter finish w/ an understated grapefruit flavor rounds out this killer beer.

United States - North Carolina - This American IPA is our ode to the community we love so much. An approachable ABV, and little residual hop bite makes this clean IPA a go-to option for all beer drinkers. Citra hops in whirlpool, and Mosaic & Simcoe dry-hops give berry notes.

North Carolina- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.7% ABV. With 33 pounds of Citra Hops in this beer, we created adult orange juice. A higher concentration of malted wheat to oats leaves the softest mouthfeel and body. Enjoy!

United States - North Carolina - Mad Mole prides itself on its Belgian beers, and this beer is worth writing home about! A collab with our good friends at Flytrap Brewing here in Wilmington is a classic Belgian style with all the traditional herbal and banana notes.

United States - North Carolina - ‘All Time Mole’ is the first Mad Mole Concert Series beer to hit the shelves! Brewed with Citra & Simcoe, this NE IPA is packed with dank, citrusy notes throughout. It's just as smooth as our other NE IPAs and comes in at an approachable 6% ABV.

North Carolina- Belgian Pale Ale- 6.3% ABV. This classic Belgian Blond Ale won a Silver Medal at the 2020 N.C. Brewers Cup for Belgian style beers. Slight notes of banana and clove are carried by a bready backbone to keep it well balanced.

United States - North Carolina - This New England IPA is full of Vic Secret and Mosaic hops, giving off a dank nose and tasting notes of dark berries. Just a smooth as out other NE IPAs, Mole Money, Mole Problems is sure to become a favorite of hop heads!

United States - North Carolina - Concert Season is back! 'All the Moles in the World' is a NE IPA brewed for the Drew Holcomb show in Wilmington! Meridian, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops bring out an herbal nose with flavors of passionfruit, tropics and a finish of candied orange peel!

North Carolina- American Pale Wheat Ale- 5.1% ABV. This traditional American Wheat Beer is the perfect beer for the outdoors! It is super light and easy drinking. To add a little flare, we added oranges and orange zest to give this light beer a citrusy pop!

United States - North Carolina - This New England IPA was brewed with Citra and Belma hops, giving off notes of sweet, juicy strawberries, with a subtle citrus nose, and a silky smooth body and finish!

United States - North Carolina - At Mad Mole we love collabs, and this is one of the most exciting ones we've ever done! Secondary Burrow is a big NE IPA brewed with Ancillary Fermentation out of Raleigh! Citra and Luminosa hops bring out notes of citrus, peach and guava!

United States - North Carolina - This NE IPA is another installment in our Concert Series, brewed for the 'Dispatch' show in Wilmington. With a hop combo of Belma, Nectaron & Triumph, it carries super soft and pillowy notes of ripe strawberries, subtle citrus and earthy undertones.

United States - North Carolina - The first release of Citra Month is a heroic version of your favorite 'Citra Mole Down!' 'Super Citra Mole Down' is everything you love about the original, just taken up a notch! It's full of the same citrusy flavors, but comes in at 9.8% ABV!

United States - North Carolina - This Kolsch is light and easy drinking, and is the base of our fruited Kolschs. This iteration was brewed with 132 lbs of Peach puree, giving it strong notes of peach throughout.

United States - North Carolina - U.F. Moles features an out-of-this-world blend of Noble German and Pacific Northwest! With an aroma of orange blossoms, clean mouthfeel, and a light body, the citrus flavors are balanced by a pleasantly floral yet bitter finish. The hops are out there

United States - North Carolina - A classic Belgian style beer. Coming in at 9.6% ABV, it drinks much lighter than that. Traditional Belgian notes of banana and clove reign throughout, with a crisp finish on the end.

United States - North Carolina - Our final Citra Month release, Citra Creamsicle, is leaning all the way in to the "adult orange juice" tagline of Citra Mole Down! Brewed with added orange juice and vanilla, it's like a delicious creamsicle treat added to your glass of Citra Mole Down

United States - North Carolina - The second beer of our Citra Month series uses 100% Cryo Citra hops! In comparison to its flagship counterpart, expect a more dank nose, a deeper candied orange flavor and even softer mouthfeel, with barely any residual bitterness!

North Carolina- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.2% ABV. This Amber was meant to shakeup the way Amber’s are typically viewed. With the refreshing and slightly dry ending, easy beer drinkers will rejoice in having a malty beer that they can happily approach.

United States - North Carolina - We built a relationship over the last couple of years with Pilger Ruh Brewing out of Pottsville, PA during their time vacationing in our area! On their most recent trip, we brewed this 9% NE DIPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Styrian Dragon hops!
