Malt Whiskey

USA- Kentucky- 45.2%- Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey uses a 51% malt base and is aged in new charred oak barrels, making it a richly flavorful, complex malt whiskey. It has flavors of dark chocolate, caramel-coated nuts, and a bright oak character, and is perfect for cocktails.

Speyside, Scotland- A classic single malt with herbal and citrus notes. The finest malted barley is aged in oak barrels for at least 18 years to create an elegant and complex whisky with spice and heather aromas. Silver Medal - San Francisco Spirits Competition.

Tennessee- Hand crafted in small batches, this Tennessee Rye Malt is made from four grains, including 3 specialty malts, for a distinctly rich & complex character. Expect notes of fruit cake, cola spice, sage and toasted rye with a sweet malty finish.

Japan- A unique 100% malt whisky, distilled in Coffey stills, which are normally used for grain whisky production. Category winner for Japanese Grain Whiskey at the 2020 World Whiskies Awards. Gold Medal - International Spirits Challenge 2020.

Kentucky- Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Pure Rye Malt Whiskey. Distilled and bottled by the Pogue Family. An original brand of the distillery from 1876, this modern rendition is pure rye in the mash bill and matured for at least 4 years in New Charred American White Oak.

Minnesota- Purists might bristle at the idea of malted rye whiskey, but the trade-off is a noticeable softness on the palate. This first release from St. Paul's Studio Distilling brings malted and unmalted rye together in a harmonious, complex young whiskey.

California- Distilled from malted rye, barley and chocolate rye and aged for less than a year in small, charred new American oak barrels, this spirit is youthful and vibrant in flavor. Notes of chocolate, oak and rye spice.

United States - Colorado - 50% - A heavy peat smoked malt whisky made from 100% Scottish malted barley, matured in virgin American oak barrels. Single cask and limited release. Powerful sweet smoke and a lingering peppery finish.

Texas- True to the grain-to-glass process by brewing three separate mash bills with upwards of 85% malted barley in each and complemented by 15% corn, rye, and wheat in each of the three mashes. Produced and mingled by their master distiller in Blanco, TX. All whiskey aged 34 months.

United States - Minnesota - 46% - Rye whiskey with a distinctly northern perspective. Produced entirely from estate & northern grown ingredients, and aged entirely in MN oak barrels. Features notes of dried apricots, Mexican chocolate, roses, and orange cola.

Scotland- This is the core collection of four malt whiskies they bottle year-round. Each one is distinctive, offering their interpretation of a particular Scotch whisky style.

Japanese-This soft and refreshing Japanese whisky has a balance of savory malt notes, acidity, bitterness, and sweetness. Dried fruit and raisins are there along with a distinct nuttiness and vanilla notes.
