Mammoth Ale

California- American Pale Ale- 5.5% ABV. Mammoth Brewing Co's Yosemite Pale Ale is a medium bodied, hop forward beer brewed to celebrate the camping experience in the High Sierra. We use chinook and cascade hops to bring forward notes of tropical fruit, citrus and a little spice.

United States - California - El Cap West Coast Double IPA has pungent Grapefruit aromas and pine flavors. We added 3000 lbs of malt to represent the 3000 ft climb to its summit. This classic beer deserved all the classic c-hops (Chinook, Cascade, Centennial).

California- American Double / Imperial IPA- 8% ABV. The dark copper color is topped by a lacy, khaki head. Lovely caramel, toffee and grapefruit hit the nose with other interesting hints of leather, cinnamon and juniper. Grassy, piney hops with herbal spices on the palate. Nice.

California- India Pale Ale- 6.5% ABV. Pours a clear amber color. "Hopped at two pounds per barrel, our IPA unites a strong malt flavor with a wonderfully intense aromatic finish."

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.
