Mexico - Marca Negra Sierra Negra is made with the mighty maguey Sierra Negra (Agave Americana) in San Luis del Rio, Tlacolula, Oaxaca. This mezcal is produced by Don Baltazar Cruz Gomez using 100% wild agaves.

Mexico - 47% - Marca Negra Ensamble Mezcal is a blend of three species of agave: Biscuishe, Espadin and Madrecuishe. This shows exceptional balance between spice and citrus flavours, with a hint of smoke.

Mexico - Marca Negra Tepeztate is produced in limited quantities due to the scarcity of the agave Tepeztate. Tepeztate that take between 20-30 years to mature. This has an intense minerality with notes of spicy green peppers, chives, and peat.

Mexico - Smoked chiles and a sugar cane sweetness emerge first from this muscular mezcal, succeeded by a bit of brine, the flavours are rich with over-ripe fruit and a sweet sootiness characteristics of classic mezcal. Finishes briney and assertive.
