Japan - Japan's highest distillery at 800 meters in Miyata village in Nagano Prefecture, situated between the north and south Alps of Japan. Mars Shinshu distillery was founded in 1985 by Hombo Shuzo Ltd. Tasting notes of ripe cherry, honey toffee with a beautiful ginger spice.

Japan - 52.00% - The Y.A. #01 is the first edition of whiskies showcasing the unique terroir of Yakushima Island where it is aged. This whisky is packed with the rich texture of banana cream and candied tropical fruits that yields to a long slightly smokey finish of sweet malty depth.

Japan - 40% - 6th Edition. Luna is a blend of malt whisky distilled at Mars’ Nagano distillery and grain whisky that is aged primarily in manzanilla, along with oloroso sherry casks. Lush tones of caramel, brown sugar, and cocoa that comprise this incredibly quaffable whisky.

Japan- This second single malt release from the Mars Tsunuki Distillery. Water from Mt. Kurata brings a soft & delicate yet heavy mouthfeel. Hints of honey on the nose are followed by crisp green apple, fresh mint & buttered banana on the palate. Sweet & smoky yellow fruit notes linger.

Japan - 40% - Japan- The "Maltage" series blends single malt distilled at Mars Shinshu with undisclosed Scottish malt. Soft richness of dried fruit intermingles with maple candy and brown sugar yielding to a finish of dark chocolate covered coconut.

Japan - 43.00% - Japan - 9th Edition of the Lucky Cat series. Hana & Choco are a pair of two completely different styles. Hana is gentle, represented by the warm approachability of Oloroso and wine casks. Choco is a bit rambunctious, like the boldness of Spanish Oak.

Japan- As one of Japan's original three whisky distilleries, Mars Shinshu has been mastering their single malt skills since 1949. Komagatake 2021 is their newest ex-bourbon & sherry cask single malt release that's true to their soft & mellow house style with lush jammy fruit notes.

Japan - This Mars Komagatake whisky is a special limited edition expression for 2020. It's a single malt, distilled at the brilliant Shinshu distillery and matured in sherry and American white oak casks. Mixed fruits, vanilla, sweet honey and a gentle, creamy mouthfeel.

Japan - Distilled and matured at the reopened Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima, in southern Japan. Aged in bourbon & sherry casks. 0 to 20 PPM peat. Rich and powerful with notes of vanilla, maple syrup & banana crepe. Lots of complexity & sweetness with a long, lingering finish.

Japan - 50% - The Komagatake Single Malt is Mars Distillery's annual single malt that showcase the depth generated in this Nagano based distillery. This year’s offering has the delicate aroma of grilled stone fruit with a rich flavor centering on honied prunes and hazelnuts.
