Matsui Whiskey

Japan- This single malt is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then transferred to bourbon barrels that have had the heads swapped out for Sakura Oak for the last few months of maturation.

Japan- Pot distilled and matured in white oak bourbon casks, this whiskey has fresh toasty malted cereal aromas, supported by swirls of smoke and a touch of vanilla oak. The taste is toasty oak, brown sugar, creamy vanilla and orchard fruit, while the finish of smoke and apple linger.

Japan- Aged in rare Japanese Mizunara oak and blended with water from Mt. Daisen, this whiskey has notes of fresh floral, sweet vanilla & baking spice, and a touch of creamy coconut. The taste is velvet rich oak, cinnamon, ginger & a dash of chilli spice, balanced by toffee sweetness

Japan - 40% - Aged in ex-Bourbon barrels the San-In has grainy and fruity aromas that show barley, oats, and Anjou pear. The texture is silken, with flavors of yellow fleshed plums and evening primrose blossom that turn into white pepper spice. A hint of vanilla flavors the finish.
