Ireland - 48% - Exceptionally rare Irish Whiskey aged in the world's finest Oak from France. Oak aromas with notes of pears, and caramelized apples. Herbal palate, with notes of sage, orchard fruits and orange. Long finish of fruits, spice and wood.

Ireland - 40% - Born in the Distiller’s Cottage at the Midleton Distillery, Barry Crockett eventually succeeded his father as Master Distiller in 1981. A tribute to his influence, this legacy edition displays a distinctive pot still complexity, yet a refined & poised finish.

Ireland - 40.0% - Chapter Three in the collection is a 47-year-old single pot still Irish whiskey matured in two casks – ex-Sherry butt and ex-Bourbon barrel. The resulting liquid offers a nose of forest fruits, sugar-glazed cherries and muscovado sugar. Only 97 btls produced.

Ireland - Notes of chocolate dipped honeycomb with caramelised red apples and quince jelly. An explosion of fruits at first with fresh plums, peaches, and dried apricot. Stone fruits and soft spices continue to linger for a time, with the oak tannins quietly fading into the background.
