Mikkeller Beer

United States - California - This stout is brewed with cocoa nibs and chocolate malt balls. It is then aged in barrels for over one year. The result is a velvety, smooth, chocolate imperial stout with a big bourbon barrel character and flavor of chocolate malt balls.

Denmark- American Double/Imperial IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas (much like American IPAs), but with a higher alcohol content and often more hop bitterness. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

California- IPA- 7% ABV, 70 IBU. Pours a matte golden color - completely opaque and hazy. Smell has notes of lemon, mango, papaya, and lots of lemongrass and grass. Taste follows the nose with an array of lemon, papaya, mango, and lots of grass and herbal hops on the back end.

Illinois - American IPA - 6.8% ABV. One of WarPigs Brewpub's flagship beers created by 3 Floyds' Nick Floyd and Chris Boggess, Mikkeller's Mikkel Borg Bjergso, and Kyle Wolak, who started as a dishwasher at 3 Floyds and worked his way up to head brewer at WarPigs Copenhagen.

United States - Georgia - Collaboration with Mikkeller. Orginally brewed in 2019 to showcase a new hop, Strata, we are bringing it back because of love of Strata has never wained. Brewed using only Strata, this beautiful hazy DIPA is one of our favorites.
