Missouri Beer Ale

Missouri- Irish Dry Stout- 8.0% ABV. We've added an exotic flair to this stout with Indonesian Cassia Bark for an earthy cinnamon aroma. We also added our favorite 100% Vermont maple syrup for a great winter combo.

Missouri- American Porter - 7.5% ABV. Our Pecan Pie Porter is loaded with pecans and has subtle notes of perfectly warmed caramel, crystallized molasses and brown butter. Enjoy!

Missouri- American Double/Imperial Stout- 11.1% ABV. This luscious beast is an Imperial Stout with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and a blend of Ancho and New Mexican chile peppers.

Missouri- American Stout- 5.0% ABV. Session strength coffee stout brewed with wheat and lactose. Conditioned on coffee grown in the Monte Alban region of Oaxaca, Mexico and roasted in Saint Louis by Sump Coffee.

Missouri- American Stout- 5.5% ABV. A brewpub favorite built around the old classic combination of Peanut Butter and Chocolate. Velvety smooth with the intense complexity of an Imperial Stout, but one you can enjoy all evening long.

MO-IPA-Mosaic and Galaxy Hopped Hazy Style Pale Ale, Brewed Locally in Saint Louis. A Blend of Pilsner, Flaked Oats, and Wheat Malts Give This Brew a Bright Yellow Color. Expect Lots of Tropical Fruit and Citrus Flavors and Aromas.

Missouri- Russian Imperial Stout- 11.0% ABV. We rested our traditional rich and robust Russian Imperial Stout in freshly used bourbon barrels. Notes of vanilla, oak and a touch of spice from the rye in the whiskey shine through for a nicely balanced stout.

Missouri- American Stout- 5.7% ABV. Stout brewed with loads of toasted oat malt and Colombian hydro honey processed coffee. A decadent and creamy oat body accompanied by notes of dried fruit, sweet berries, and mild acidity.

Missouri - American Stout - 9.0% ABV Our Mocha Stout is brewed using fresh roasted coffee beams from Fretboard Coffee in Columbia, MO and locally sourced coca nibs. This American Stout provides a delicious balance of alcohol warmth, coffee flavors, and a smooth chocolaty finish.

Missouri- Milk/Sweet Stout- 10.6% ABV. We are happy to release our Imperial Oatmeal Milk Stout base that provides the foundation for Abraxas, Sump, 17 and Maman. It is adorned with cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans to round out the edges.

Missouri - American Double/Imperial Stout - 8.1% ABV. Made with six different specialty malts. Medium body, low bitterness, malt forward, chocolate, coffee, caramel, and roasted sweetness.

Missouri- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.0% ABV. NE-inspired double dry-hopped Double IPA with Nelson, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra. Expect lush fruit and grassiness along with notes of melon, citrus, and mango combined with subtle esters to create a melange of nuanced qualities.

Missouri- American IPA- 7.0% ABV. Our soft, juicy, and aromatic double dry hopped (DDH) IPA brewed with Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra Hops. We chose a simple grist with more oats than necessary, more hops than we've ever used before, and our propriety yeast.

Missouri- American Double/Imperial IPA- 8.0% ABV. Double dry-hopped Double IPA with Galaxy, Motueka, and Citra. Expect both dry and soft qualities with over the top fruit-forward notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, guava, and passion fruit.

United States - Missouri - MO- American IPA- 7.5% ABV. An American Style IPA. Smooth Malt taste has a touch of toasted malt flavor which accents the hops. Strong citrus flavors and aromas come from the triple dry hopping.

United States - Missouri - This West Coast IPA is dry-hopped with Amarillo cryo, El Dorado cryo and Simcoe cryo and features tasting notes of sugar-coasted oranges and weed.

United States - Missouri - Another collaboration brew with our friends and neighbors at Modern Brewery. This hazy DIPA is dry hopped generously with Nectaron, Pink, Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo hops.

United States - Missouri - Reprise Centennial Red is BACK! Two row pale malt, caramel malt, and Midnight Wheat bring layers of caramel sweetness and a subtle roast char- acter. Bold grapefruit, lemon and pine notes come from Pacific Northwest-grown Centennial hops.
