Missouri Beer Ale

US - Missouri - Five Farms Irish Cream is imported by our friends at Holladay Distillery so it made sense to import milk sugar from Five Farms to brew a barrel-aged Irish Cream Imperial Stout. Luscious, with notes of caramel, butterscotch, whiskey, and coffee with a smooth nitro finish.

United States - Missouri - Our house English dark mild features big toasted malt notes and mild nuttiness but is lighter in body than most dark ales to make for a true pub crusher. Tasting notes of biscuits, toffee, fig, and walnut.

United States - Missouri - Inspired by Radlers and Shandies, Shorty’s Lemon Wheat provides a bright citrus character from Lemon puree added during fermentation. The American Wheat Ale provides just the right amount of subtle sweetness and soft body to let the citrus take center stage.

Missouri- Berliner Weissbier- "The Passion Fruit Prussia is our non-traditional look at the classic Berliner Weisse style. Brewed with a generous amount of passion fruit, this beer pours golden in color with a nice tart finish. A perfect compliment to the summer heat." 3.5% ABV.

Missouri- American Pale Wheat Ale- 4.4% ABV. 14 IBUs. A lively, refreshing ale with a natural citrusy flavor and distinctive cloudy, golden yellow appearance. Easy drinking and sessionable.

United States - Missouri - Narrow Gauge's OJ Run is a New England-Style Imperial IPA that is dry-hopped with Citra hops, Galaxy hops, and Amarillo hops. Brewed in Florissant, MO.

United States - Missouri - With Pilsner, Pale, Munich 10, and Vienna malt taking the wheel this is a very light and crackery base beer. French Saison yeast adds all of the spicy, citrus, and sometimes pepper flavor, making for very dry and clean drinker despite the higher ABV.

Missouri- Witbier. This style of beer generally offers flavors and aroma of wheat, coriander, and orange peel and a refreshing level of carbonation. Sometimes served with a slice of lemon or orange.

Missouri- Hefeweizen- Pours a hazy golden yellow. Style-characteristic aromas and flavors of beady malts with hinst of banana sweetness along with grassy funk and faint clove and nutmeg spices. Notes of bubblegum appear before the finish.
