United States - Illinois - Our Cold Kiwi IPA blends a selection of Australian hops with more traditional German hops to highlight the flavors of kiwi and Sauvignon Blanc grapes alongside the aromatics of lime and papaya.

Illinois- American IPA- 6.0% ABV. The Juiced Lychee IPA showcases the same tropical profile which provides acidity for salsas which cut through rich dishes like el pastor tacos and fried shrimp.

Illinois- American Porter- 7% ABV. We love dessert as much as we love dark beer and we think that enjoying more than one of either should never be a problem. This medium bodied porter pairs well with chocolate and caramels.

United States - Illinois - This medium-bodied Porter is packed with notes of Madagascar vanilla, Oaxacan Chocolate, Mexican cinnamon, and chocolate. Pair this Porter with dishes such as chocolate mole or caramel flan.
