Mother Earth Ale

California- American Double/IMperial IPA- 10.5% ABV. 100+ IBUs. Mother Earth's anniversary beer. Recipe changes with each vintage. Big, massively hopped, with enough malt character to balance the bitterness and higher alcohol.

North Carolina - Kolsch - 4.9% ABV. A clean, crisp beer, Kolsch offers a very slight fruity flavor and aroma. It is light gold in color, with a delicate head. This light-bodied beer appeals to nearly everyone who samples it. Expect to enjoy a slight tang in the finish.

North Carolina- American IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas as well as hop bitterness supported by a malt backbone. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

United States - Idaho - Our legendary Imperial Peanut Butter Stout is back for the winter and ready to roll out for the holidays! This dangerously smooth 8.1% classic imperial stout features dark malts and lends espresso, toffee and caramel with a subtle hint of peanut butter.

United States - Idaho - Ascent is a West Coast style IPA that puts hops first. Featuring a rock star lineup of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops. Notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, dank and berries are found through out this beer.

United States - Idaho - Silky and pale with a saturated hop profile, this Hazy IPA delivers an elevated sensory experience. Strata and Galaxy hops lead with sweet peach, ripe strawberry, and juicy orange, finishing with a subtle hint of sweet bubblegum and a soft, balanced bitterness

North Carolina- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 7.2% ABV. Low in bitterness, big in aroma, and cloudy in appearance, Alpenglow Hazy IPA is brewed with huge quantities of Lemondrop, Sultana, and Citra hops for colossal peaks of lush peach and pineapple flavors.

United States - California - Project X New Horizon features El Dorado, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Strata hops. This hop combination produces an IPA with a dank but fruit-forward hop aroma and flavor with sustained citrus, tropical and floral notes.

United States - Idaho - This release features a superstar line up of hops showcasing Simcoe, Vic Secret and experimental HBC 586, which is know for it's medley of fruit aromas, such as mango, guava and lynchet. The malt bill consists of oats and wheat for a big mid-palate body.

United States - Idaho - Spirit Animal Hazy IPA is a tropical fruit bomb featuring New Zealand hop, Nectaron. Flavors and aromas are reminiscent of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. This on top of the baseline Project X malt bill gives a soft but full-bodied backbone.
